When you arrive for your Reiki Energy Session, what should you expect? - Most
people remove their shoes however, otherwise remained fully clothed.
- The treatment with take place
on a massage table.
- A blanket for comfort as well as the option to use a pillow will be provided.
- Soothing
music will be adjusted for your comfort.
- Closing your eyes during the session is recommended.
- There will mostly likely be limited or no speaking during the actual session.
- Hands
will be placed gently on you to include, your head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, abdomen, legs, feet, and back.
- It
is o.k. to express that you need to adjust your positioning during the treatment to be at ease.
- You
will be gently awakened, if need be, when the session is complete.
- At the time, you will be given a few
minutes to yourself in the treatment room.
- Next you will be given the option to discuss the experience of the treatment.
